There may be found two basic types of roulette bets, they are outside and inside bets. Inside Bets
Straight-Up Bet, also known as typical bet, can be placed on one of the 38 number slots of the chart. Five-Number Bet permits to bet on only 5 definite numbers 0, 00, 1, 2 and 3. When one of these five numbers comes out the player wins 6 to 1.
Six-Number Bet permits to bet on two adjoining number rows. The payoff on this type of bet is 5-to-1.
Outside Bets
Red or Black Bet is betting only that the ball lands on red-colored or black-colored number. When you bet on red or black, whether black or red number comes out, the winner gets paid 1 to 1.
Low or High Bet can be placed on one of two groups of numbers. The numbers 1-18 are viewed as low, 19-36 as high. The payoff on low or high bet is even money or 1/1.
Even or Odd Bet means that a player bets that the following occurring number will be odd or even number. If zeros appear the player loses as 0 and 00 can't be odd or even. Odd or Even bet pays out 1-to-1.
Dozen Bet gives the opportunity to bet one of three certain groupings of numbers. All the numbers on betting space are divided into three dozens. In case the gambler places this type of bet he or she bets that the following appearing number is between 1-12, 13 and 24 and 25-36.
